Silician Frangaj is an actor, model, and personal trainer based in New York City. Born to Albanian parents and raised in the Bronx alongside his two elder sisters, Silician has always been drawn to storytelling whether through performance or movement.
Silician’s work spans theater, film, and commercial projects. His notable credits include Face2Face Africa and The Albanian Stan, as well as the documentary Exploring Ghana’s Fighting Spirit in Jamestown. He has also appeared in commercial and voiceover projects such as Uvolox: The Atlas, So Heuristic, and It’s Giving Thanksgiving Cartoon (as the voice of Adien).
Dedicated to his craft, Silician has trained at Actor Class, Julian Morris Voice Studio, and The Barrow Group Performing Arts Center. His skills include foreign and local accents (English, Albanian), stunt performance, endurance training, and Shakespearean literature analysis.
Beyond acting, Silician is passionate about fitness and self-discipline, using his expertise to help others achieve their fitness goals. Whether preparing for his next major role or training clients, he remains committed to pushing limits both his own and those around him.
